No membership, no fixed times or standardisation, just the environment where we should spend time in on a regular basis. Whether you are wanting to get stronger, relax, play or find ways to be at one with yourself and the world, nature has it all. Including our most primal need, to be able to move. Every type of environment can offer up opportunities for us to move, explore and play. Time was spent immersing in nature at Lynns Cannon in the forrest and ice cold waters. Barefoot, light movement, throwing and catching stones & sticks, cliff jumping and cold water immersion. We were born to move naturally and in nature.
