FAQ
Do I have to be fit already to come to the class?
No. There is something for everyone, everything is scaleable and can be adapted.
Will I be asked to leap off of things?
The priority is to learn techniques that will not only allow you to perform better but that also protect your body. Any leaping you do will be when you feel ready to take that leap.
Will we jump from roof to roof?
No, you’ve picked the wrong trainer and workshop.
What if I havn’t done any sport for the past 20 years?
This is the perfect way to get you connecting back into your mind and body and finding a sustainable and fun way to move again.
What if I’m scared of everything and don’t do any sort of challenging activities?
Then you’ll be right at home as everyone has their own fears and limits to explore. These workshops will teach you how to enjoy being brave again and embracing the mental and physical growth that comes with that.
