Conversations with walls…

You can’t hear them but they are happening in cities and towns all over the world, you can see them though. Women are looking at walls, something that maybe an unusual act if you are not into activities that involve the creative and physical re-interpretation of spaces. What may appear to be normal inside a Climbing wall isn’t when it happens outside.

Assessments are being made about the wall. Surface texture, height, opportunities, risk. What has this wall got to offer today? What have I got to offer today? Some conversations lead to actions, some not. Some are just the beginning of a conversation that may go on for a while. Days. weeks, months or years, some are checking back in, saying hello maybe.
