IT'S ALL ON AN APP ON YOUR PHONE
The online training with Julie is possible by using the See&Do Move More app. The app has been designed to provide you with daily video workouts, descriptions and an easy way to message and be in contact as well as track all of your workouts. The plan starts off with a call to go over all of your goals and challenges to personalise your plan and set achievable goals.
A. An individualised program and daily support and messaging if you want that level of accountability. If you’d like less that’s fine too.
Q. How much is it?
A. $150.00/month
Q. Are there flexible payment options?
A. It’s a month by month payment so no need to commit to 6 months unless yo want to. A lot of people choose 3 months, it’s up to you. this allows for months when you know you are travelling or on won’t have time to be training.
Q. How much time will I need to commit to?
A. That’s up to you and we create a plan together that fits around what is realistic for you. I have some clients who do 10 minutes a day and some who do 40.

“In 2005 I began a journey of re-discovering a love of movement when I started researching Parkour for a PhD. It all starts with one baby step. Since then I’ve learnt from some of the best in the natural movement world and began teaching as a way to share what has benefitted me in my own journey. My research into different movement world continues and I am constantly exploring new ways we can reach our potential. Change takes creativity and courage.
